As the Director of Customer Experience & Business Transformation, Sharon is completely focused on delivering exceptional customer service, as well as timely and effective outcomes for all AFS Logistics customers. 

Knowing every step of the transport and logistics journey makes Sharon the ideal go-to person to ensure customers’ needs are met, and the Customer Service team she leads are well supported in doing so. 

With 30 years experience in the customer service industry in some of the biggest names in transport and logistics, including Toll Holdings, Startrack Express and Mayne Nickless, her key focus is on delivering effective solutions for any customer challenge.
