As a strong leader with over 25 years of proven experience, Paul Hopgood held the position of CEO at AFS Logistics from 2016 to the beginning of 2022. He has a proven history of driving customer centric values, enhancing processes through innovation and investing in technology to deliver sustainable growth and success.

Paul has utilised his extensive experience and knowledge to help AFS Logistics grow to be one of Australia’s leading Logistics Management and Technology companies. Prior to commencing his Logistics journey, he spent 10 years as a professional AFL footballer with the Melbourne Football Club – giving him great insight into how cohesive teamwork, combined with strong leadership, delivers maximum results.

He brings years of knowledge from the Australian and global industry and is motivated by the success of his customers as he continues to drive innovative yet effective solutions to the most complex challenges.
