Amanda Phillips

Amanda has more than 30 years’ experience in People and Human Resources management, working as a HR generalist in the Professional Services industry for 18 years and within the Freight and Logistics industry for the past 12 years.

Amanda has been an integral member of the AFS Logistics senior leadership team for the past six years, overseeing the end-to-end human resource’s function. Prior to AFS Logistics, Amanda was responsible for the HR function for StarTrack’s 350 seat National Contact Centre, this role included EBA negotiations and union consultation. Amanda has also previously worked for HLB Mann Judd, a Chartered Accounting firm as HR Manager after leaving McCaughan Dyson Capel Cure, the stockbroking arm of the ANZ Bank.
