Extreme weather conditions and flooding continues to cause havoc with Australian supply chains with the closure of rail lines and major roads. In particular, this is disrupting the already strained infrastructure to and from Western Australia.
Several transport providers are now declaring a “force majeure event”, with The Australian Government’s National Emergency Management Agency advising that these disruptions are likely to continue until Christmas.
