AFS Leads Fight Against Declining Warehouse Vacancy

According to research conducted by CBRE, the national warehouse vacancy rate has been on a downward trend from 6.3% in 2H19 to 0.8% in 1H22.

Reaching 1.4 million sqm over 1H22, demand for industrial and logistics space is predicted by CBRE to become more cut-throat for all industries with national rent growth to average around 5% over the next four years.

This major shortage of 3PL storage space across Australia and New Zealand has called for a dire need for logistics companies to increase their capacity. Many of our customers have felt these growing pains, requiring industry experts to up their game.

At AFS, our customers come first and to meet their needs during this critical time, we are increasing our capacity in 2023 to support 3PL requirements in a multi-user environment.

Reach out today and let us work together to support your logistics needs.
